Yup, that is really dafuq. 
I'm beginning to seriously believe that I work for a superior who has amnesia...or worse, split personality. 
It's really sickening when her favourite phrase
is "I dunno." And after that, she seems to know. It baffles me. 
And the worst part is, she's pretty scary. In the evil sense.
I have noticed her twice, if anyone pisses 
her off her face will change...and she will go into a blank stare phase 
where she will begin to plot her revenge. 
Finally, the poor person goes down really really bad...never knowing what happened. 
Really.
