My apologies to non- Malaysians who may not understand the joke... 
P1 Wimax is a wireless boardband provider and their
commercials revolve around the concept of "potong" (Which means 'cut' ) In the commercials, the "potong" also imply circumcision 
... so hence the potong joke.
