...Sorry, been busy with work and my toy stories... 
This was my mum's idea some time ago.
It came about when we were watching the news and a minister was making a statement about not spending unnecessarily... 
Ironically, during the news commercial break the tourism ppl were advertising the 'Mega Sales'...
So it was kinda like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing...
