Yeah, there has been quite a number of articles on LOL recently. Apparently it has become a spoken and written word in some essays submitted to the teachers, lecturers...etc And there are those who insist that LOL is not actually true. It's not like you really laugh out loud in front of your Instead, it should be LMTQ- Laughing to myself quietly.

Angry birds revenge

It's been too long. So sorry for the absence. Been busy as usual in real life as well as on FB! What else.

This idea has been with me for a long time. I originally wanted to draw Colonel Sanders in the second frame defending his "chickys" But when Angry Birds stormed into the scene I knew it was perfect.

The McDonald's McChicken Supreme ad drew some controversy at that time it was aired. Firstly, it was not shot in a proper McD restaurant. Then there were the chopsticks and bowls which is not given at all in McDs. Personally, I just found the ad annoying and irritating because of the jingle/ song.

Obey

I reckon the word "obedient" is way abused by now... with the recent news of the Obedient Wives Club which tells women to "obey their husbands" and serve them like a "first class prostitute".. !! Yeah, hot topic...not going into that. Office policies and obeying your parents...yada yada...

Time to obey...me!! Well, maybe not.

Local fruits

I was watching the local news the other day and they were airing a special report on our locally grown mangoes. The segment made me go "ooh!" but guess what? The best part was when they packed the mangoes into the box...which was printed: For Japan.

So crappy. Here they are promoting the local fruits but in the end it's meant for the export market?! ??!! Recently in the news our local durians will be sent to China starting next year. Thus many are saying that you better eat all the durians this year because by next year there won't be any more tasty durians!! And some also said that the prices for durians will go up. Unbelievable.

Banana!

Banana! My office friend posted a cute video [link] on my FB wall last week... We are currently playing the Restaurant City game on FB which requires banana to level up some of the new dishes... So, our daily conversation would be like this, " No banana today!" "Got free banana!" or "Not enough banana..."

It was really funny and it also reminded me of our workplace's fruit box day...

Running the rat race

Haha.. Yeah, most ppl work for the money...to earn a living...As the song goes, "All for the money... .."

Our local telco companies launched the white iPhone 4 just last week... I've been waiting so long for the white version... and it's finally here!

Alas, it's too expensive for me to afford... Sigh.

Well, I guess maybe in a couple of months time... if I keep running that is.
