Worthy cause

:ashamed:

Guilty as charged? ^^; Well, it's up to you really ... This past week there was a collection by the company for the Japan earthquake (for the Japan office branch)... I gave some through the church so I didn't give via the workplace.

Sometimes I cringe when ppl come up to me to ask for donations... :hmm: Why you ask me? :? It's because I'd think of the NKF Singapore, the president was living in the lap of luxury :relax: from the money donated to the foundation... And the blind man who earns at least RM3000 every month by just sitting at his spot...or the syndicate that uses blind ppl to get money... :yakuza:

Then I'd think of the song :tunes: by Smash Mouth- All Star...that goes like this.. :la:

"Somebody once asked could I spare some change for gas
I need to get myself away from this place
I said yep what a concept
I could use a little fuel myself
And we could all use a little change..." :dollarus:

So...would anyone like to donate to my toy bank?? :D

And yes, there were a lot of ppl buying toys at the warehouse sale... :O But the toys were really cheap compared to its retail price... :wow:

Somebody's watching me

:dead:

My friend used to complain about the position of her workspace...saying there was a constant "cold air" coming from behind her.  The "cold air" wasn't really the air-con but rather the awareness that our boss might be looking at what you're doing. :O_o:

I sat at her place a couple of times when she was on leave and I did feel the cold air! :O Worse still is that he walks with no sound... :ninja: So he could just appear right behind you without you knowing... :omg: Better not be fb-ing yo! :pc: Or talking bad about him if you know what I mean...

:fellaleft:
:fellaright:

:shh: :D

Dedicated to my friend who has now resigned and left the company... :cries:

My thoughts and prayers  are with the ppl of Japan. May God's mercy and grace be upon them in these times of disaster.

Yup, the local news is just so stale. :puke: The idea :lightbulb: came when my cous was telling me that this happened in their house... :)

4G Char Koay Teow

:hungry:

Yes- YTL part two...sort of. :D Their recent newspaper advertisement was about 4G being available anywhere in Penang (a state in Malaysia) just like char koay teow. (fried spicy noodles).. which is one of our local famous food esp in that particular state. :earth:

Yup, I can't read Mandarin... :reading: so I'd always 'disturb' :poke: my colleagues to ask them to help translate Chinese ads/ write-ups. :D

This one's dedicated to my colleagues! ;p
